This book puts healthy eating into a very current, contemporary format which helps us to sift out the fad diets from the reality of solid laboratory research. We all already know what foods are best for us but this helped me organize everything into a useable plan. Yes, it involves some supplements and buying of seeds, etc. but it is truly manageable.
